Our membership is $14.95/month and you will be billed every 30 days.
What video formats do you offer?
MyHeatherVandeven.com offers streaming flash video and donwloadable Quicktime, Windows Media player, iPod and Divx versions of each video. You must have Quicktime player or Windows Media player in order download and play these videos on your computer. Click here to download Quicktime. Click here to download Windows Media.
Are your videos DRM Wrapped?
No our videos are not DRM. So you can downlaod them and keep them, even if you cancel your membership.
Do members get to download zip files of the photos in larger format then displayed on the site?
Yes, as a member you will have access to every photo set in a zip file format to download and enjoy. Photos downloaded from the zip files are up to 1500 pixels.
How do I cancel my subscription and if I cancel in the middle of a month, will I still be billed?
To cancel your subscription, go to: https://epoch.com/billingsupport/ and click on the "Cancel Membership" Icon with the big red X. If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle you will continue to receive access until the end of that billing cycle and you will not be pro-rated. We only bill in one month increments.

I'm having problems with the Windows Media Files:
In order to play windows media files first make sure you have all the required software to view our Windows Media 9 files.
Required operating systems:
PC only - Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Our Windows Media videos currently do not work for MAC or UNIX users unless you have a Flip 4 MAC plugin. (please download and play the Quicktime version of each video).
Required browsers:
Internet Explorer 6.0 or better, Mozilla 1.7.3 or better
Required video player:
Windows Media Player 9.0 or better
Make sure you have all the crucial Microsoft updates and patches required for your operating system. You can use the Microsoft Windows Update system to make sure your operating system is updated.
I'm having problems with the Quicktime Video Files:
To play downloaded Quicktime videos, your system must meet the following requirements:

The video on the site won't play for me:
If the video on the site is not playing in the player on the page, then you probably need to download the newest flash player. Click here to download and install Flash Player 9.
